Officer/Senior Officer, GMP Support

Responsibilities:

- Batch Record and CPPs Review 批次记录审核及关键参数回顾

Review batch record and In-process control report according to process procedure and GMP requirement.

根据生产规程以及GMP要求对批次记录以及制程控制 报告进行审核。

Tracking and trending In-process control data/ CPPs routinely in a manner that supports continuous process improvement and augment APR/PQR.

Including:

1.ongoing data collection continuously(inter-batch, intra-batch)

2. history data collection from the previous batch records/APRs

3.trending and analyzing critical in-process control parameters

对过程控制数据以及关键过程参数进行定期的回顾和趋势分析，便于持续改进并将其归入产品年度回顾及产品质量报告。

包括：

1.正在进行的批次间/批次内的数据收集。

2.收集以往的批次记录及产品年度回顾中的历史数据。

3.对关键制程控制数据进行回顾和趋势分析。

- Deviation investigation Support偏差调查支持

1.By assisting and checking the Production staff to solve the deviation, and report the deviation to Quality Assurance Supervisor / Manager to evaluate infection to the quality of the product.协助并审核生产部员工来处理偏差，并将偏差报告QA的主管/经理来评估对于产品质量的影响。

2.By involving the investigation of the defects during the manufacturing, follow up the implementation of action plan.参与调查生产过程中的偏差，跟进行动计划的执行。

- QRM facilitator质量风险管理协调

Facilitate QRM (Quality risk management) related to manufacturing control topic. e.g Cross Contamination, Line clearance, tailing.协助与生产控制相关的质量风险管理。如：交叉污染，清场，尾料处理等。

Position requirements:

1.At least 4 Years work experience in quality control, assurance, analysis or equivalent至少四年质量控制，质量保证，分析及相关工作经验

2. University degree or above, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or related major. 本科及以上学历,药学、生物化学及相关学科

3. Knowledge of GMP GMP知识

4. Skills and experience of pharmaceutical production process and in-process control 药品生产与制程控制的技能与经验

5. Skills of carrying physical test and operating normal instruments 实验与仪器操作的能力

6. Knowledge of Quality management 质量管理的知识

7. Good at English, listening, speaking, reading and writing. 良好的英语听说读写能力
