Responsibilies:
? Deliver first and second level support and system administration for the entire Spend Management suite (Ariba e-Sourcing/ Contract/Buyer, Ariba Supplier Network , Global Procurement Analytics (GPA) for Region Asia Pacific.
? Handle all incoming calls/e-mails/tickets from the business and suppliers in relation to Ariba, SAP MM , Global Procurement Analytics (GPA), AP systems. Escalate these calls to relevant technical team , when required.
? Assist end-users with general use , navigation , functionalities and processes queries.
? Assist supplier in the connection, navigation to Ariba eSourcing
? Provide testing support to the whole Ariba application, SAP MM module, and GPA , for the regression tests
? Ensure proper usage of the Ariba suite, SAP MM and GPA, and resolve ongoing business issues
? Manage Ariba data tables and coordinate master data changes
? Increase the degree of process automation with suppliers and local procurement organizations
? Increase the degree of process automation with suppliers and local procurement organizations
? Setting up e-catalogues, Static catalogs and business forms
? Ensure delta training, refresh training to end users
? Maintain the regional training documentations and knowledge database (wiki) updated
? Participate to the continuous improvement initiatives by proposing systems enhancements
Requirements:
? College or University degree Procurement or in finance and accounting, or a related economics subject
? Work experience 1-3 year
? Service orientation
? Precise, focused
? Team player, multi-cultural acceptance
? Strong communication and presentation skills
? Drive to have a significant positive impact / add value
? Experience in training delivery
? High degree of business ethics
