About the company:
It is one famous mechanical manufacturer.
 
Key Responsibilities:
？ Be responsible for the local project in electronic design;
？ Program design and debugging of new product;
？ Test the function of new product;
？ Improve and add the new product functionality and performance;
？ Assist mother company to complete the sample confirmation and capability approval of new product;
？ Set up and improve electronic laboratory;
？ Problem & Failure analysis and mass production support with your technical skills;
？ Testing and failure analysis of defective PCB;
？ Support of problems solving in design or with customer;
？ Assisting purchasing department to select the local supplier;
？ Optimize the efficiency of electronic field of company;
？ Other task assigned by leader.
 
Key Requirements:
？ Major in Automotive Electronic or Electronic Engineering. Bachelor’s degree;
？ Electronic Engineering with design experience 5 years and above, and familiarity with Design for Manufacture will be seen as an advantage;
？ Master the embedded system programming, familiar with the hardware performance;
？ Knowledge about PCB design software tools (Altium Designer is preferred);
？ Knowledge about PCB development and production;
？ Know about drive technology (electronic motor) is preferred;
？ Know about power electronic (inverter) is preferred;
？ Know about storage electronic (Li-Ion battery management) is preferred;
？ Capacity to document the performed job and write reports;
？ Familiar with Electronic Measurement Methods include oscilloscope, spectrum, and network analyser;
？ Fluent oral & written English (communication with colleagues in Europe;
？ Fluent oral & written Chinese;
？ Be proactive, take accountability & result-oriented;
？ Has curious & logic mind, good at analysis;
？ Good at communication & team work;
？ Research experience related to electro-mechanical design;
？ Good knowledge in the Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) area;
？ Basic knowledge of Automotive Industry standards. (Preferred);
？ Available to travel around China and Europe;
