职位描述
Resposibilities:
? Works with senior management to define and agree on program strategy, objectives and benefits (Business Case), scope, overall schedule, organization and resources.
? Building a strong team focused on adding value to the organization through collaboration and cooperation.
? Actively manages, coaches and supports his/her team members to build and sustain a high performance organization with staff taking accountability while striving for high customer satisfaction.
? Enable a shift in business intelligence towards user empowerment and flexible response to changing needs while being a source of innovation for new methodologies (e.g. agile project management) and services.
? Developing strong inter-departmental working relationships with IT partners and customers creating an environment of trust and collaboration across regions, sites and functions.
? Uses strong business process as well as BI understanding to challenge delivery teams to secure projects/services deliver right value and fit in overall Roche BI system architecture
? Recommends change to organization, processes and services as part of an actively managed constant improvement process.
Requirements:
? University Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience in computer science, software engineering or similar field, preferably with experience in supporting Technical Operations, Supply Chain and/or Procurement functions in a Global environment.
? Strong people manager with minimum 2 years of experience in leading informatics teams in a line management role.
? Ability to build, shape and motivate a new team leading people through change towards accountability, empowerment and a relentless customer focus.
? Excellent knowledge in the area of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Master Data Management with 4 to 5 years of project/program management experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions. Knowledge in SAP BW and/or SAP BO is a strong plus.
? Able to manage ambiguity and certain level of uncertainty while coping with challenging customers and goals.
? A passion for analytics and understanding of the value it can create for the organization combined with a good understanding of local, regional and global needs with the ability to balance conflicting customer interest and priorities.
? Excellent English language skills, additional languages, e.g. German, Chinese or Spanish are an asset.
? Team spirit and flexibility to work outside of normal working hours to achieve goals and support a truly global team, availability to travel up to 25 % (average/year)
