Responsibilities:

Provide application and data administration and development, including performing requirements analysis, writing specifications, and maintaining documentation.
Provide application and data system support with a relentless customer satisfaction focus.
Contribute to the development of a strong application and data service team that is well informed, develops the skills and experience of each other, and adopts processes to continually improve team skills, processes and technology.
Collaborate with Pharma IT peers to deliver CN/HK Cluster solutions that are aligned with global architecture standards and promote the reuse of existing solutions.
Contribute to the innovation of application and data systems
Manage and maintain the service definition and associated information for each service offered to customers from the ADS team.
Contribute to CN/HK reporting framework. Design, develop and maintain the management dashboards, mobile BI for all level users.


Requirements:

Qualifications and/or certifications in application and data system administration and development
4 - 8 years application/data system experience with proven track record of running high performing application and data system environments including Business Objects, data warehouse, business intelligence, dashboard, MS SQL Server, Oracle databases and Roambi.
4 years experience providing end user support with a proven track record of meeting customer expectations, providing excellent customer service, and delivering quality and timely resolutions to support business needs.

Good English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
Availability to travel
