Responsibilities:
To provide relevant area expertise to inform and develop the specific brand biomarker strategy aligned with the company strategy
Establish clear local level role clarity with objectives established and progress monitored
Retention stability metrics, demonstrates continuous business improvement - demonstrates 'can do' attitude
PDP evaluation & audit, field visit evidence, communication
To deliver tactics with responsibility for agreeing KPIs, project team formation and leadership, commissioning 3rd party agencies, delivery against agreed target outcomes to time and budget expectations
Be the primary point of contact with Pathology Community KOLs
Provide introductions and support for other key internal stakeholders with KOLs
Attend national and international congresses in order to maintain relationships with KOLs and maintain scientific knowledge of therapy area

Qualifications:
Bachelor, Master Degree or up
Major in Pathology, or clinical medicine
High standard of general scientific/medical knowledge in the specified therapy areas
High degree of commercial acumen and the ability to link activities to business outputs
Understanding and knowledge of key opinion leaders in specified therapy areas
Influencing Advising Persuading
Good clinical communication and information management skill
Fluent in both written and spoken English and good PC skill
