Responsibilities：

• To manage FG warehouse and bonded warehouse follow up GMP standard and local regulations. To make sure warehouse is safety and stock is accuracy.

按照GMP标准管理成品仓库，并按海关规定管理保税库，确保成品仓库库存准确性。以及成品仓库的安全性。并保证所有成品收发货物准确性。

• According to HQ guidelines and local roles to manage transportation and control costs well.

按照总部要求和政府规定进行运输管理，控制运输费用。

• Make good communication with commercial, marketing and sales department; ensure goods arriving correctly and on time according to the customer’s requirement. Provide high quality service to sales and marketing department. Deal with accidents immediately.

保证所有货物安全，及时准确的发送和到达。为所有部门提供优质良好的后勤服务。和销售部门、市场部门进行良好有效的沟通，确保所有货物按照所有客户要求准确安全、及时到达。能够及时处理突发情况。

• Be responsible for cold room management, cold chain product repacking and transportation.

冷链产品的仓库管理、 重包装和运输管理。

• Be responsible for cool room and cold room capacity management, to make sure there are sufficient storage space (outsourcing include) to support marketing requirements

负责阴凉库和冷库的库容量管理, 确保有足够库容满足市场所需产品的储存要求

• Be responsible for forwarders evaluation and management, Delivery KPIs management

负责运输供应商评估和管理，发运相关的KPI 指标管理。

• Be responsible for staffs’ training and ensure them to follow up GMP in daily works.

定期进行员工培训，确保仓库员工严格执行GMP标准

Qualifications：

University

本科及以上

Primary logistics certificate

初级物流师证书

Familiar with computer operation and SAP system

办公自动化、熟悉SAP系统操作

3 years working experience in warehouse or distribution at least

至少3年仓储分销工作经验

2 years warehouse working experience in Pharma, logistic field

至少2年医药，物流行业仓库工作经验
