？ 辅助2位高级升学指导顾问提供咨询服务
？ 创建及更新学生档案
？ 通过收集家长和学生反馈和进一步解释高级升学指导顾问提供的咨询建议来帮助顾问提高服务表现
？ 支持建立/维护咨询部数据信息。包括年度录取结果统计分析，学校研究以及其他大学申请信息的更新
？ 辅助高级升学指导顾问建立学生简历
？ 辅助高级升学指导顾问为学生提供咨询服务。包括申请文书头脑风暴，课外活动头脑风暴，面试准备以及执行英文综合能力提高项目
？ 与课程顾问协作帮助学生安排培训课程以支持高级升学指导顾问为学生制定的培训计划
？ 辅助年度家长满意度调查，收集家长反馈
？ 通过翻译咨询材料和跟进家长和学生的方式来支持咨询部市场活动

Your Role as an Operations Consultant:
At Prestige Only, the Operations Consultant needs to have a desire to help make a difference in people’s lives. Reporting to Operations Manager, Operations Consultants will be responsible to follow up with all the potential sales leads from Marketing events, referral, call in and walk in. They will be able to explain the Consulting process and service very well to the potential clients. Operations Consultants’ will also support Operations department by making sure the Consulting Operations SOP could be conducted correctly and promptly, work on the Consulting database and Marketing materials and support 2 Senior Consultants on parents communication through email/phone call/meeting. Beyond this, there is vast room for growth and professional development based on your skills and interests, as the recent merge with EIC has opened up a host of responsibilities and opportunities.


The Operations Consultant plays a vital role in bridging any cultural gaps between Chinese parents and Senior Consultants. Operations Consultants are expected to assist in data collection and management for the Consulting team as well as serve as the main interface between the Academy and Consulting departments in terms of class scheduling.
