? Project Management
？ Responsible for all phases of multiple highly complex projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects (includes developing project timelines, obtaining resources, and managing the project budget).
？ Define project scope and objectives, along with the applicable detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans.
？ Work independently with end-users and business partners to understand requirements and design and estimate solutions.
？ Communicate project implications to large number of constituents affected.
？ Establish a close relationship across businesses and with top management, both IT and business, to ensure strategic and tactical plans are in place, appropriate and executable.
？ Conduct project meetings and responsible for project tracking, deliverables, and status reports.
？ Institutionalize Medtronic System Compliance Methodology (MSCM) and ensure this methodology is implemented to effectively initiate project management processes and techniques.
？ Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
？ Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team, in support of issue and risk resolutions.
？ Ensure that Medtronic's systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with Medtronic's Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices.
? Project Management COE
？ Provide coach / training of program and project management methodology suitable for Medtronic to the IT team who involved in the IT project to have one standard method and tools.
？ Coordinate to share best practice and roll-out best practice and key learning.
？ Support learning and development of project managers.
