Social Media Daily Management
- Assist direct line manager to share insights in the yearly social media strategy and planning and activation plan
- Closely arrange and update monthly social calendar based on global platform resources
- Coordinate with HI social team to prepare all the global social activations
- Daily posts management – including content briefing and quality control, post demo presentation and delivery monitoring
- To lead social media agency to deliver and control all the regular reports – weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, half year and yearly reports
- Social media agency’s daily operation management
Trade Communication
- Assist direct line manager to liaise with trade partner on the ad cooperation of trade magazines, internet etc to find best solution for brand exposure
- Update Trade channel contact list on monthly basis
- Trade exposure management – including brand material distribution, quality control, post buy review and sample filing for print, digital and OOH exposure.
In-store Printed Materials
- Follow up the logistic arrangement of the printed materials
- Regular follow up on the distribution and display of the material in the store following the global guideline.
- Plan and arrange the direct mailing of relate printed material to satisfy the objective of each printed material, working with CRM team to better plan our reach.
- Establish and maintain the edition library of filing and record of all printed material.
- Translation support on request documents
- Manage “Edition Dictionary” and keep it updated
- PO re-invoice application and closing
Event Support
- Coordinate with PR team for communication events including on-site support, project coordination, and budget and checklist list preparation and closing report.
Others
- To prepare monthly and quarterly communication report - social media report, Trader contact list & communication platform summary; Trader communication calendar; Proofreading document archive
- Financial day-to-day follow ups and monitor budget and budget closing
- Yearly Red packets production
- Proof read the Chinese translation of Monde D’Hermes 2 issue Magazine per year
Profile Requirement:
- University or above degree, preferable with oversea education
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command of English or French, preferably major in French language, also has good written skills for Chinese for translation purpose.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media agency (account management ) or brand marketing team (Senior Marketing Executive or above) with strong knowledge of cooperate company culture
- Understanding of retail business; related luxury brand working experience is preferred.
- Effective project management capability in terms of time control and budget planning
- Good negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Good computer skills on word, excel, power point
- Detail-oriented - very important, and fair attitude towards work, responsible and optimistic and strong sense of ownership
