Job Responsibilities:
Job Dimensions

Responsible for new compound development, explore new compound applications?
Trouble shoot customers' technical issues ?

Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, ensure on-time delivery of good and consistent quality products. ?

Ensure all of our products are UL compliant.
Activities
Development Project:

Based on market evolution and our plant capability, develop new products to meet market demand. ?

Work with sub-contractors, ensure new colors, new products are qualified for new models in due time. ?
Together with Commercial team, explore new products applications, optimize our customer group. ?

Work with raw material suppliers, explore cost down opportunities. ?

Ensure our new products, existing products, and sub-contractor-made products are UL complaint.
Technical Support to Customers and Sun-contractors:

Promote and troubleshoot Company Petrochemicals grades at the customer place. ?
Ensure our knowledge and experience are well protected.
Based on the customer needs, attend mold trial and follow up the qualification procedure on new models / products. ?
Conduct or co-ordinate technical seminar on a regular basis for customers.
Customer Complaints

Co-ordinate with sub contractors and other related departments conduct investigation and reply customer promptly.
Competitors Activities Developments
Collect and analysis competitor and market information, ensure our products are competitive in China marke
Communication

Keep good communication channel with SEA technical team, ensure smooth progress for global customer development.
Loss Control Responsibilities

Perform technical test & analysis safely according to established procedures and rules
Any task assigned by management.
