POSITION DESCRIPTION:
In this highly visible role, the candidate will work closely with all areas of the business, including sales, technical pre-sales, product management and marketing. Technically savvy and marketing proficient, this position will be a critical member of the marketing team helping shape eBest's product positioning and strategy through technical content writing and marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Partner with product management to drive new release planning, including market requirements, business objectives, key success metrics and supporting marketing initiatives
? Work as a technical writer to create marketing collateral, such as technical presentations, data sheets, technical whitepapers and case studies
? Create end user training documents including user manuals, release updates, diagrams, and flow charts
? Create podcasts and training courses to streamline client training
? Host regular training sessions for clients
? Help develop product positioning and messaging based on eBest's product details, competitors and client requirements
? Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product in a highly competitive market
? Product champion, helping sales team develop appropriate messaging, sales tools and client feedback to support growth of all products
? Work with Product team to develop industry leading features by supporting current Client needs and forecasting future features.
? Execute launch plans for new products as well as feature released for current products

REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study
? Minimum of 3+ years professional experience in business-to-business product marketing and/or technical writing experience required
? Product Management experience in the mobile or online space with a track record of successfully translating business needs into requirements and driving to execution
? In-depth knowledge of integrated product marketing and general marketing disciplines
? Experience creating and executing detailed go-to-market plans that drive sales and revenue
? Demonstrated experience in documentation of methods and business processes
? Demonstrated experience building end user training documents and hosting regular product training sessions for new and existing clients
? Must have experience with Visio
? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
? Experience creating videos and/or podcasts preferred
? Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills
? Ability to work independently and within a growing team environment
