POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales process from start to close, and is focused on increasing company revenue by developing new business relationships and responding to all lead generation efforts. This includes prospecting, responding to incoming leads, web demonstrations, client visits, tradeshows, marketing programs, and more. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing long-term business relationships, building partner channels/relationships and establishing eBest as a trusted business partner and SFA solution with the customers as well as global accounts.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage the full sales cycle for prospects in current accounts
? Call on warm leads generated through online traffic, partners, marketing lead generation efforts, and trade shows to build a strong pipeline
? Prospect into key healthcare accounts to explain features, benefits, and value of our software solutions through prospecting,
? Build and maintain a pipeline that will exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas
? Demonstrate key elements of software solution to prospective customers through online web demonstrations and answers features and functional questions.
? Work closely with Professional Services team to demonstrate and scale our solution to meet individual client need
? Continue working with client once the deal is closed to ensure a smooth transition to our implementation and support departments
? Support marketing efforts, including the development and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's Degree in a business or related field with a minimum of 2-7 years B2B lead generation and technical sales experience
? Knowledge of the high-tech sales cycles
? Proven track record of expanding revenue in existing accounts and establishing new accounts in emerging countries
? Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales with extended sales cycles
? Career interests in technology sales/marketing
? Basic proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM system highly desired
? High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
? Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
? Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team
? Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
