- Make proposal and budget
- Project Resource Management
- Manage team to deliver the project for client
- Project Finance Management to maximize profit
Database Management:
- Seeking qualified partners at main destination in Domestic
Operation Management:
- Execution on SOP (Standard Operation Process)
- Organize Training for team member on performance improvement

Position in Team:
- Manage 1-2 operation assistant (fixed)
Key Role:
- Manage and improve team performance on operation and deliver successful project to clients and maximize the profit
KPI based on:
- Project Management Performance (execution and finance)
- Team Operation Management
- Database Management
- Partner Sourcing and Management
Job Requirements:
At Least 3 years in Automobile industry ( Priority to >= 5 years)
Capability on Team Management (Priority to have relevant experience)
Be familiar with Office Software, especially on Excel and PowerPoint
