CallisonRTKL is seeking a full-time marketing coordinator to join its Workplace focused marketing and pursuit team. Based in Beijing office. This role supports practice group efforts worldwide and reports to a US based supervisor.
The position of Marketing Coordinator at CRTKL and within the Workplace Practice Group (WPG) team is an important role in providing professional service marketing and communications support to senior leadership directly responsible for business development and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
? Coordinates and leads production of information requests, qualification and proposal responses and interview presentation materials (PowerPoints/boards) to support Vice Presidents, Principals and BD personnel
? Manages corporate resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and standard proposal and marketing collateral for the Shanghai and Beijing offices.
? Manages the maintenance of WPG information in Deltek Vision database system
? Research target markets and target clients to assist marketing manager and BD in successfully positioning CRTKL
? Works closely with Marketing Manager and other WPG MARCOM coordinators to manage local award submissions and industry and client specific events and conferences
? Creates, edits, and reviews marketing content, standard text and proposal/pitch verbiage ensuring the message and translation is accurate and seamless
? Ensures daily quality control of proposals presentations and ensuring company best practices across the WPG marketing team
? Integrates marketing and communications activities with global team for practice group and company collaboration, reporting and quality control
? Keeps Marketing Manager informed on Asia market trends, opportunities, pipeline and key promotable projects.
? Coordinates with other Practice Group marketing teams in Asia on local / regional initiatives
? Coordinates with PR firm to promote firm, project and people as necessary.
? 3-5 years related job and/or AEC industry experience
? Speaks fluent English and feels comfortable communicating regularly with a US based team and Manager
? Degree in marketing, communications, English, business, architecture/interior design or related field
? Experience with Adobe InDesign, MS Office software is mandatory
? Experience with database software, specially Deltek is a plus
? Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator experience a plus
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong research skills
? Strong eye for detail and graphic composition
? General knowledge of external social media platforms
