Job description:
1. Manage IT infrastructure and security project across China Region.
2. Propose and design solutions, and align with Global Back office team
3. Project initiation, including AS-IS/To-be analysis, objective setting, and project organizing. Define the project plan; manage the project budget and following-up for execution, Monitor the project progress, provide the status update.
4, Take overall Infrastructure responsibility for continuous improvement. Documenting SOP, Setup clear KPI to define. Align with service delivery team to make sure all Infrastructure SOP are followed and Meet KPI target.
5. Plan, Design, Implement and Review the Overall IT infrastructure setup and conduct regularly Onsite check for Backup, restoration, DR Drill and lead Annual IT Audit preparation.
5. Manage and audit the vendor performance

主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:
1. IT Infra build up, upgrade, integration & maintenance
2.Oversee various IT Infra projects of a complex nature. Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure the success rate of projects;
3.coordinate the activities with relevant team ( business team, hard ware vendor, network vendor, regional IT team and corporate IT team) effectively;
4.Ensure IT project implementation and IT Infra maintenance compliant with IT policies/IT standard processes;
5.To ensure consistently deliver a stable IT performance with cost effectiveness to the business;
6.Works closely with business unit, IT vendor, internal and external IT team to identify problem quickly, and assure continuing availability of IT service e.g. networks issue / performance issue . Escalates problem and follow them through, ensure minimal impact to the business.

关键任职资格Key Competencies:？
Solid understanding of project management methodology, PMP certificate is a Plus
Certificates of CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, RHCE/RHCA is plus.
 Strong ability for Windows /Linux, Oracle, MySQL management
Strong experience with VMware system, Enterprise SAN, configuring and managing Firewall, Switch, Proxy, VPN, Cisco products.
Strong experience with datacenter facility services and structured cabling standards.
Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
Familiar with internal audit including system and operation process control is a plus.
Good communication skill and team work spirit, good learning ability, and strong sense of responsibility.
Good English reading and written skills.

Bachelor degree or above with major in computer related area
At least 5 years related working experience in Infrastructure area.
