The role serve as the leader for all centralized invoicing, refunding and crediting processes for China. Manage a small team of processing agents and Customer Invoice Care professionals. Be the subject matter expert on all aspects of invoicing, refunding, invoicing and crediting.
General responsibilities:
? Manage the fapiao and invoicing process
? Reconcile the AP amount with the invoicing transactions
? Lead a small team of processing agents and Customer Invoice Care professionals
? Standardize and improve existing invoicing, refunding, and crediting processes
? Conduct billing and invoicing research on behalf of customers and account managers
? Research, challenge, clear all airline debit memos
? Develop, monitor and report KPI’s and SLA’s to provide visibility of process timeliness and accuracy and measure improvement over time
? Improve process timeliness and accuracy
? Improve credit card transaction processes
? Serve as the liaison between operations, accounting, and account management
Requirements:
? Accountancy qualification
? Experience in process management
