岗位职责：
1、忠于职守，建立并完善档案管理体系，严格遵守档案管理法规及公司档案管理制度，积极开展工作。
2、负责收集档案资料，做好档案资料的积累、补充、配套、保管和提供查阅。
3、及时将档案资料整理归档、立卷分册、编制总目录、卷内目录及档案说明书。然后按顺序编排入柜。
4、熟悉所管理的档案；熟练并掌握计算机的操作和运用，协助查阅档案资料。
5、妥善管理档案，严格遵守档案规定，借阅资料要及时登记，借出资料要按期催还。
6、定期清查、鉴定档案。对已破损或变质的档案要及时修补和复印。确保档案资料完整、规范可查。
7、严守机密，确保档案安全。
8、完成领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1．年龄35-45岁，北京人，党员优先。
2．具有大学专科以上的文化程度，档案专业优先考虑。
3．具有5年以上档案管理基础和工作经验。
4．工作心细，品行端正，原则性强。
说明：工作地点在昌平科技园区。
