1、跟踪、分析公司内部薪酬数据，收集市场薪酬信息，参与编制人力成本预算；
2、薪酬福利相关政策及流程实施跟进处理，审核各类薪资建议，确保其合乎公司的相关规定；
3、负责汇总公司各部门考勤，薪资的核算并制作成报表工作；
4、负责公司员工五险一金及补充医疗业务的办理，并为员工提供相关咨询；
5、协助设计考核及绩改方案，参与各部门考核方案及绩效改进计划的实施工作；
6、收集考核中遇到的问题，提供考核体系和指标完善的建议；
7、具备一定财务知识；
8、完成部门领导交办的其它工作。



任职资格要求：

1、数字敏感度好，善于进行数据分析，熟练操作相关办公软件；
2、有良好的职业道德素养，原则性强，仔细认真，稳重，守秘；
3、工作有条理性、计划性，亲和力强，沟通协调能力强，有团队协作精神；
4、工作积极主动，认真负责，做事有很强的条理性，善于处理繁杂事务；
5、人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上本岗位工作经验；

6、有绩效考核、薪酬福利的实际操作经验，熟悉国家劳动人事政策法规。
