职位描述：
Qualifications & Requirements

At least 5 years experience in training and development solutions, familiar with Chinese and Western food and fast food management is an advantage.
- College degree or above in training practice and theory
- Result-orient and be able to work with data to conduct analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good adaptability and learning ability.
- Excellent execution and follow-up capability.
- Good spoken English
- Be prepared to travel to other station locations in China with occasional overnight stay
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other word processing software.


Principal Accountabilities

- To conduct new staff induction training and airport compulsory training courses
- Assist in the planning of the brand training arrangements and communication.
- To deliver Food Safety training to ensure all staff members are compliant with local regulations and working safely in a food environment
- Assist Managers with on job training and maintain correct up to date materials which support this
Implement training policies, systems and programs to shape corporate culture, competitiveness and staff productivity.
- Support and deliver relevant Brand Standard Training Program
- To complete other work necessary to support China, as directed by your line manager 举报 分享
