一、任职资格:
教育背景：与所在行业相关的专业大学本科以上学历
相关培训：受过战略管理、管理能力开发、项目管理、创新管理、技术管理、质量管理、质量／计量法规等方面的培训。
二、工作经验 在本行业领域或相关行业有3年以上技术管理、研究开发及项目管理的工作经验。具有2年以上主管技术、质量工作的经验。
三、岗位能力要求：
基本知识：
1、机械加工、医疗器械外科手术耗材及相关器械专业、表面处理等专业较高的业务和实践理论知识。
2、《质量管理体系要求》如何结合生产实际的基本知识。
3、相关专业国家标准、特别是ISO13485、CE的积累知识。
4、产品图纸、工艺文件质量评定的相关知识。
5、新产品开发以及技术、质量计划编制的基本知识。
6、QC小组活动开展的基本知识。
7、计量器具的管理知识。
8、编制技术开发可行性研究的基本知识。
技能要求：
1、能够根据公司战略规划制定技术、质量单元战略规划和部署。
2、有确保公司年度技术目标展开、能为公司实现技术、质量控制的能力。
3、熟知工厂生产过程的技术、质量控制点，并明确这些控制点的基本技术、质量要求的能力。
4、精通行业内的最新技术方法，能够把握行业技术发展趋势和业务发展动向，对关键技术有自己独到见解。具有新产品开发项目的组织和控制能力。
5、具有非常强的对下属质量执行力的考评能力，以及有很强的自我创造能力、拓展能力、抽象思维能力与项目管理能力。
素质要求：
1、熟悉国家有关本行业技术、质量方面的法律法规。
2、有较强的运用数据统计方法的能力和经验。
3、有很强的技术、质量方面的判断、决策、计划与执行能力。
4、有良好的与上级和下属沟通、协调、组织和团队建设能力。
6、高度的工作热情，良好的职业道德。
