Responsibilities:
- Conduct research for clients in mapping industries, locating candidates and identifying key HR issues
- Prepare search summaries and progress reports for consultants
- Assist establish strategies to expand SearchBank's presence in the Beijing market
Key Qualifications:
- Fluent English, in particular proficient on the phone
- University Degree
- Major in English, Business, Economics or areas relevant to industry
- At least one year working experience
Core Competencies:
- Able to work and function in an international working environment
- Presentable and professional in attitude and appearance
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and open to challenges
