职位描述：

采购职责:

1. 根据公司的采购政策和规程，执行采购任务。
2. 负责开发新的供应商，并与现有的优良供应商保持良好的关系。
3. 负责供应商的评估及管理： 注重供应商所提供产品的质量、成本、价格、交期、以及他们的商业信誉和技术能力。评估供应商的生产能力和技术。通过议价，获得有竞争力的价格或服务合同。始终合理控制好采购成本。
4．负责相关采购订单的下达、执行及跟踪；负责相关采购物料进厂后的质量跟踪、反馈及处理等；
5． 协助财务处理原材料的应付款,包括与供应商的对帐、付款期限的协调等；
