Mission:
Coordinate & drive the cross functional project team to achieve project targets in terms of quality, on time delivery i.e. schedule, cost i.e. investment, expenses, product cost and targeted saving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Coordinate & drive the cross functional project team to achieve project targets, i.e. schedule, investment, expenses, targeted product cost and consolidated annualised saving and real savings in P&L

2.Organise the project schedule & main action plans in detail alongwith the cross functional team.

3.Organise regular reviews with all the concerned actors in China and France to make sure that the projects are moving as per plan and all roadblocks & potential risks are removed.

4.Manage & continuously look for oportunities to optimise project schedule & project budget (targeted date for mass production and capex investment + expenses).

5.Make monthly reporting to management about results - progress - roadblocks - risks etc. and also financial results (i.e. saving, investment, expenses etc.). Make on time updation of centralised reports as applicable (APM, Otto etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:Engineer - Undrergraduate or Graduate (Mechanical or Electrical or Electromechanical ...)
Experience:minimum 3 years experience
Knowledge:Mechanical Engg / Electrical Engg >> Problem solving methodology;Manufacturing Processes (Moulding, Stamping, Machining etc.);Purchasing;Quality;Project Management.
Good communication skill.
