职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责招聘工作，简历筛选、应聘人员的预约，面试接待；
2、员工入职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理；
3、公司内部员工档案的建立与管理；
4、负责公司各部门的行政后勤类相关工作；
5、负责考勤及工资绩效的核算；
6、负责企业资产配置(包括办公设备、办公用品)的管理工作，包括清点、维护、登记等。
7、领导安排的其他工作

任职资格：
1、 人力资源管理、行政管理、法律等相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2、 熟练使用各类办公软件和办公设备；
3、 较强的工作责任感和敬业精神，办事沉稳细致；
4、 工作积极主动，具有较强的服务意识和亲和力、原则性强，具沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
