PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering plus MBA or marketing discipline
2. At least 5 years in managerial position, particularly in marketing & sales function in relevant industry
3. Good connection with brand customer in relevant industry
4. Knowledge in the relevant market such as construction, automotive, electronics and industrial
5. Better using computer software (Word, Excel and Power Point)
6. Highly motivated, initiative and business minded.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Lead, plan, organize and control activities of industrial sales division;
2. Assume P&L responsibility of industrial sales division
3. Business development to new market segments (mining, petrochemical, energy, power generation, shipbuilding, heavy machinery).
4. Lead in the development of regional sales plans, strategies and budgets;
5. Visit customers to provide product technical information, applications, and after sale services;
6. Follow-up sales lead, canvass orders and manage inventory program to support sales growth;
7. Co-ordinate the business activities between customers, Infastech China and Infastech Wuxi plant
8. Manage employee performance and develop their capability
9. Prepare monthly reports and identify the gap for continue improvement
10. Perform other duties as assigned or requested by Infastech China management team.

    盈锋紧固系统（无锡）有限公司是Stanley Engineering Fastening设立在中国的子公司之一，成立于2003年1月，投资总额1260万美元，2005年扩建了二期厂房，2011年扩建三期厂房，厂房总面积达13000多平方米。盈锋无锡生产螺丝和铆钉产品，包括塑料件专用自攻螺丝、手机专用自攻螺丝、自攻螺丝、梅花头机械螺丝、建筑螺丝、硬盘螺丝、Avex和Monobolt铆钉等专利产品,特别以 Avdel, iform, Elco等品牌为业界认同。另外，汽车用高强度螺栓和高频感应局部硬化安全带螺栓，以及TAPTITE 、PT 、Remform 、Magform 、MAthread等专利螺纹系列汽车用螺丝，也是盈锋无锡的主要产品。
