岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业，2年以上软件项目开发经验；
2. 熟悉JavaEE的主流框架Spring，Grails，Mybatis，熟悉Spring MVC, Jersey, RestLi或其他RESTful框架；
3. 熟悉TDD开发模式，熟悉JUnit, Mockito等单元测试框架；
4. 熟悉Java项目构建工具，如Maven或者Gradle；
5. 了解TeamCity， Jenkins等持续集成工具；
6. 掌握HTML/CSS/JavaScript等WEB开发技术，深入了解WEB/AJAX的工作原理，有JQuery，AngularJS，Bootstrap等框架经验者优先；
7. 掌握数据库设计和开发知识，熟悉T-SQL，对PostgreSQL有一定了解，有NoSQL(MongoDB, Redis)相关的知识或数据库者优先；
8. 掌握面向对象的设计和开发思想，熟悉常用的设计模式，具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力；
9. 具备清晰的编程思路和良好的代码规范；
10. 对工作充满热情，具有高度的责任感与团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力
