Responsibilities/工作职责：
1.与进出口代理进行有效和快速的日常沟通，保证进出口货物的按时清关。
Import air and sea shipment follow up with international freight forwarder and local broker.
2.协调公司与各级海关，检验检疫局及相关政府部门的业务沟通，保障进出口报关业务顺利进行。
Coordinate with customs, CIQ and relative government to make sure smooth import and export flow.
3.按时并妥善交接进出口报关单，发票和出口核销单，协助财务部完成集团内部供应商和客户的收付汇。
On time document transfer to Finance team and support foreign exchange payment and receipt.
4.与库房和代理协调、沟通出口定舱,提货事宜，保证出口货物按时发货。
Coordinate with broker and Schneider warehouse team of export shipment booking and on time goods pick up.
5.跟踪进出口货物船期和航班安排并通知集团内部客户相关运输信息。
Tracing import and export vessel and flight schedule and update information to relative party in SBMLV.
6.提供进出口周报和月报数据。
Prepare weekly and monthly import and export report.
7.5DC库存及销售报告。
Daily 5 DC report & Daily sales report
8.中压和低压预测周报，月报。
Weekly forecast accuracy report(LV&MV) and Monthly forecast accuracy report(LV&MV)
9.中压和低压预测进展月报。
Forecast evolution Monthly update (LV&MV)
10.SAP系统中中压和低压订单的变更，修订，交期更新，BOM订单的通知。
Order processing in SAP (cancellation, modification, BOM order notice,update delivery date… in SAP)
11.更改SAP系统中相应的主数据参数，更新5DC报告级主数据报表变量。
Change FG parameter in SAP and update 5dc report and master data file
12．依据主数据的调整删除PO &SO & MO
Delete PO &SO & MO based on the master data change
13.权衡各物流中心发货情况，及时通知SOA在交货期前从最近的物流中心发货。
Balance DC's inventory & ask SOA to change delivery.
14.每周订单及发货情况周报
Backlog analysis report
15.CVS和NSE物料库存情况图表
Daily CVS,NSE compare to Gabriel
16.根据财务指令创建退货订单及信用担保订单
create ZRE order & Credit memo
17.国内及新加坡物流中心客户服务率结果统计与报告
OTDS raw data for Local and HubAsia & OTDs result statistic
18.每月汇报质量部断路器销售情况一览表。
send breaker sales data to quality team
19.每日回复国内订单组新订单及未完成订单交期，并更新SAP系统。

21.将工厂5个物流中心情况和订单生产队列情况以邮件反馈给Safae Benabdallah
