Responsibility:

1-To lead SBMLV ME team to realize all deliverables according to related requirement

- New Lines & Benches:

a)To view the project of developing benches as a part of development of complete line

b)Focus not on bench specs alone, but also on overall line capacity, lean & flow, IE and ergonomics

c)Systematic cost estimation of each project & challenging the suppliers more to drive productivity

- Management & People & Competencies:

a)Training of people in NLA / LADM and Ergonomics

b)Systematic exposure to other Schneider plants to benchmark best practices

c)Build strong communication with CERA

d)Keep the stability of the team, enhancing the technical skills of the team

e)Manage the daily and termly job of the team

- Interface with other departments:

a)Clearly follow and clarify the roles & responsibilities to all concerned

b)Own & drive all projects (including OCP projects) to guarantee the cost & efficiency as per LMVP targets

c)Take good communication and teamwork with other department.

2-Manufacture Engineering:

- Define process specification in time

a)To define the equipment specification

b)To define the equipment functionality

c)To define electrical, automatic and automation guidelines

- Supplier selection

a)To explain to the purchaser team the equipment specifications

b)To contribute to the selection of the supplier

c)To work with the suppliers on their proposals in order to get agreement on the equipment conception

d)To help the equipment purchaser to select the supplier based on suppliers proposals competency

e)To identify the list of parts that LVP must supply to equipment supplier

- Investment approval linked with the ROI

a)To complete the investment form and to get it approved according to =S= procedure

b)To inform equipment purchaser to start contract signing procedure

- Equipment realization and qualification in time

a)To follow up the S/C manufacturing planning as well as the project planning

b)To follow up the pre audit in supplier site

c)To make an official approval test & report and request equipment modifications if required

d)To follow up the audit in Plant site

e)To correct the problem in audit and follow up action plan

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Master in Electric engineering or automation control is ideal.

English 4 level above.

4 years above working experience.

Be familiar with Windows, pack office and AUTOCAD and C or C++ language.

4 years working experience as electrical engineer on semi automatic fixture design, Modicon PLC program experience, Equipment safety in Semi automatic manufacturing company is necessary, Over 6 years as electrical or automation engineer is ideal.

Good communication and team work spirit.

Be willing to travel.
