Purpose of the Job
·Delivery on time
·Inventory control
·Lean manufacturing

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Procure for the components he/she is in charge of
·PO follow up and make the delivery in line with production
·Control and improve ISSR and ESSR
·Define Bottle Neck in procurement and in vendor, and action
·Lean Procurement to assure delivery on time and cost saving
·Logistic improvement to control inventory level
·Set up procurement parameters and optimize stock level
·Forecast set up and share with Vendor for capacity/load analyze
·Collective and analyze stock report, backlog, provision, KPI, make short term and long term action
·Take the role in relative project such as new product, localization, 6 sigma and Kaizen
·Make sure the manufacturing are leveling
·Missing parts tracing and root cause analysis and action

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
·3 years of experience on planning or procurement in JV
·English, fluent in oral and written
·MRP thinking, SAP experience preferred
·Communication, coordination and cooperation ability
·Excel fluent
·Bachelor of Science, Engineering Major

SBMV locates in BDA, with a factory and two layer office of 12000 square meters. It focus on manufacturing, assembling electrical equipments and parts, and provides assembling, testing, repairing, technical consulting, training services on self-manufactured products.
