ROLE PURPOSE
1.Support daily the production line thru SIM actions .Be the main interlocutor to the others functions supports dealing with Safety,NQC,SPS continuous improvement
2.Suggest & implement all productivity initiatives to meet the yearly Business line productivity target (DLP) and to meet the capacity increase (PLT reduction,
3.Responsible to constinuosly update the SAP product industrial parameters (DT,routing,..)
MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES
1. Support daily the production line ( SIM meeting,40% focused on manufacturing supports)
2. Implement SPS Principles and concepts to meet the SPS expected target (sollicitate SPS experts and consider all SPS best practises already implemented in other Schneider entities)
3. Suggest and Lead any productivity activity,continuously improve the safety and ergonomics conditions of the line equipments in place
4. Define the Operation standard time MTM and optimize line capacity as per demand (propose new solutions to improve capacity)
5. Maintain daily the industrial product parameters (routing) in SAP

MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS
Education:
University education background in Industrial Mechanical/Electrical Engineering field
Experience:
3 years method working experience in ETO manufacture plant.
Certification:
Lean manufacturing exposures
Language:
English speaking,reading and writing
Others:
Cross functional project management ability

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCES, and SKILLS
Knowledge:
1. Be familar with Low voltage/Medium voltage cubicle structure;
2. Be familar with manual manufacturing processes (lean manufacturing understandings and exposures);
3. Understanding cabling method will be a plus (Autocad wiring diagram )
Experiences:
1. 2 years working experience in similar field (ETO manual assembly)
2. Got some experience on mechanical assembly tooling and fixtures design.
Skills:
1.Autocad 2D/3D software.
2. Strong problem analysis and solving ability
3. Good communication.
