职位描述

ROLE PURPOSE
"According to the production plan and material suppling status, organize workforce to execute the manufacturing plan on time (JIT) without safety accident.
Empower the team leader or trainer.
Educate and coach workers to keep a good working attitude to following the policy strictly and develop their competencies
Daily problem solving and conflict handling timely.

MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES
"Drive all functions to strong support the daily production plan, control the line daily operations (as) per the manufacturing plan in line with the SPS and QMS requirements 1.Assistant section manager to schedule the line HC demand plan and Impletement the HR recruite plan if need.
2.Monitor and control the line manufacturing cost, take corrective/preventive actions timely to reduce scrap/NQC/MDR.
3.Weekly review the last week production plan with Production Planer to set a executable plan for next week(OT or subcontract), and per the weekly plan to balance the workload with other lines.
4.Coaching trainer to implement the crossing training plan to meet our Multi-Compentency increasing plan and Support section manager to define and manage annual training plan for production team.
5.Line monthly report and hold a line monthly performance present meeting with all line members,motivate team keep going forward and educate members to following and respect our plant policy strictly.
6.Employee Quarterly Performance Evaluation."
"Ensure achieving the line KPI targets (Include:Safety-FR/SR, Quality-MDR,Efficiency,Productivity,PLT,OTDM,PRR)
1. Daily review the line KPIs with all support functions in the Daily SIM, take quick win to keep and improve line KPIs.
2. Set up the line KPI measurable evaluation system for all operators, and coaching leader to implement it to all.
3. Timely report or feedback urgent abnormal production to the section manager, get support from the top manager."
"Empower his team Leader in their daily duties 1. Set up the clear delegation within production leaders and trainers
2. Define the main responsibility within production team
3. Motivate production team to increase their Self-confidence in their daily tasks

"SPS deployment in the whole line or work cells 1. Deploy SIM cycle1&2, chair daily SIM with all support functions to solve issues quickly.
2. Kaizen Deployment: lead or support all line KaiZen project, continously improve the line process and layout.
3. Implement 6S,Visual Management and Suggestion System: Leading the line weekly 6S Check,collect suggestion and assign to the relevant function to tracking it till completed.
4. Follow up the actions related production in SPS deployment "
"Integration of new business line
1.To facilitate the integration by providing the support to the industrial team.
2.Organize line to implement LIS for new equipments.
3.Implement the line capacity increase plan to meet our business development."
"Secure the certification of the QMS and EHS system .
1.Mornitor and coaching production to following the ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001 strictly.Keep the ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001 running effectively in his line. including all WIs and drawings following our DCC policy.
2.Take part in the company internal QMS audit, continuously improve our company Quality management level."
MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Similar level of Bachelor

Experience:
Over 5 years production supervision experience
Certification:

Language:
Fluent English both in oral & written


Others:
Microsoft office

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCES, and SKILLS
Knowledge:
SPS Principles and concepts (Lean manufacturing:Short Intervalle Management exposures)
Project management exposures
ERP knowledge such as SAP....
6S exposures and 6 Sigma application will be one Plus
ISO /OHSAS/EHS
Experiences:
3 years Production management in ETO business (Engineering To Order)
Team management
