Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage new tools qualification and process seting up for localization, industrialization and duplication project,
2.Be in charge of mass production tools maintenance, spare parts and capacity management
3.Contribute to local tools and parts purchase with good quality and lower price.
4.Provide tooling and process technical support for internal needs
5.Audit & qualify tooling-concerned suppliers for existing & new product needs

Requirements:
Compulsory:Junior College or above; Major in Mechanical
Ideal: Degree of Bachelor;Major in Tooling Design & Manufacture
Compulsory:At least 6 years experience of plastic mold & process in manufacture companies.And at least 2 years experience of project management or leader ship
Ideal:Experience of BMC and SMC thermoset process is plus
Age (年龄): 26 - 50
Language (语言): English oral and writing.
Computer (电脑技能): Microsoft Windows and Office, AutoCAD.Pro-e or UG is plus
Other requirements (其它):Adapt to frequently travel.
