工作目标及主要职责：
1. Write & update preventive maintenance procedure.
撰写并随时更新预防性保养规程。
2. Organize the filing (including translation if necessary) and storage of the equipment documentation (users manual, software, …).
负责设备技术资料的整理（翻译）归档。
3. Organize the preventive maintenance(PM) and PM performance appraisal regularly.
组织并执行预防性维护及定期效果评估。
4. Recover damaged machine as soon as possible, give fully direct to technician & workers and complete key job personally.
迅速恢复损坏的设备，给予技术员和维修工充分的指导并亲自完成关键操作。
5．Equipment and tools improvement base on some requirement from different departments.
根据不同的需求对设备及工装进行改善。
6．RCA report after important reparing and improvement actions.
重大维修及日常改进后撰写总结报告。
7．Settle the critical spare parts list, follow up the consumption regularly.
建立关键备件列表，跟踪备件的消耗。
8. Design or make drawing of spare parts if necessary.
必要时设计绘制备件机械图纸。
9.Support new project when new equipment need to be manufactured.
对于新项目中的设备制造给予支持。
10. Assure and update the fix asset numbering and records (with financial team), put in place the fix-asset labels on the relevant equipments.
固定资产的管理及贴牌工作。

所需的教育背景/REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor engineering or Bachelor graduate工科学士或大学本科

所需的工作经验/REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
* 必须的/compulsory ： Similar maintenance experience in foreign company over 3 years 外资企业设备维护三年以上工作经验。

其它要求：
年龄/age ：Below 36 years old is preferred
语言/language ：CET-4
电脑技能/computer ：CAD,PRO-E
