PURPOSE OF THE JOB

1. Sampling check cubicles performance on line to find the issues in advance;
2. Line audit randomly to support management review the manufacturing running performance;

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(Explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position)
1. Focus on 30% sampling cubicles performance checking on line, report the result; KPI: MDR,
2. Focus on actions which related with quality operation improvement validation; KPI: MDR, PRR actions
Implementation rate.
2. Collect MDR and make basic analysis. KPI: MDR
3. Support QC engineer to do test and analysis. KPI: MDR
4. Repair work on customer side for special complaint and lab test.
5. Verify the operation and quality understanding for new operator validation process. KPI: operator passed rate.

SPECIFIC ISSUES

1. Focus on line improvement, fix place job.
2. Traveling for outside test or customer complaint issue solving when Specialize case needed.

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

1. Internal support Process engineer to collect MDR in lines, basically investigate the root cause and drive the actions from manufacturing side or other function sides.
2. Internal support Customer complaint engineer to investigate customer needs or customer queries by phone, and provide the necessary solution to them.

EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
(With whom, for what actions, with what responsibility?)
1.Work with outside lab for test or solving issues on customer site

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
(Specify years of relevant experience)
1. For internal, SBMV related jobs experience is preferred, like line leader, trainer, who have two years operation background at least.
2. For external, same industrial or competitors plant background are preferred, good leader or on line inspector are preferred, like Simens, ABB.
3. Who should have systematic concept or understanding about product, good attitude, good people relationship, Fairs to treat with NC, and result oriented.
4. Master normal basic Quality analysis tools application.
5. Fluent Microsoft office software
