工艺工程总监(FPC/PCB)/Process Engineering Director
工作职责：
- 依公司战略规划及生产目标,制定部门人员编制，明确下属的岗位职责和任务要求，指导及监管本部门开展各项工作；主导设计工程部的岗位设置及作业流程，提升工程技术能力；
- 统筹工程部全盘工作,保证部门的各项工作按公司目标及各项任务要求有序进行并高效完成；
- 负责本部门各种指标制订及/工程资料的审核,以及对其相关项目进行监管跟进其落实情况,确保按时保质完成工程部各项目标和任务；
- 负责工程技术正常运用并不断提升发展,主导拟定或修订工程技术管理制度及技术参数,形成有效的作业指引及技术标准;工作中不断完善各项工艺流程与工程标准的制定与更新；
- 组织进行产品工艺流程及质量的先期策划及就工程要求保持与顾客的沟通；
- 负责推动公司工艺技术及制程能力的不断提升、持续改良,制订及执行工艺技术与产品开发项目发展的执行.必要时统筹建立工艺技术改良及品质改善小组,以达到品质、流程改善目标；
- 负责进行效率分析与改善,推动公司成本节约项目以降低营运成本及提高生产效率；
- 组织建立与客户的有效沟通渠道,负责对所有新产品进行技术评估,以确定该新产品特性与客户要求一致,同时确认新产品的制作技术是否在公司制作能力范围内可以达成；
- 负责组织演练生产过程中潜在失效模式,及时修正生产技术指导参数,对现有和新产品提供最新、最合适生产技术建议和指引.同时.负责组织对生产中突发疑难问题的分析及解决处理；
- 负责对有关可靠性问题的客户投诉，提供失效分析支援，并监督预防和改善措施的制订与执行；
- 协助相关部门妥善处理客户投诉.组织研发新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用,负责完成新产品、新工艺的导入；
- 负责对下属进行管理能力及工作技能的训练,进行工作指导及公司指令的传达；
- 负责机器设备的验收和评估审核；
- 严格执行企业各项安全/消防/环境管理规章制度和安全操作规程,落实各工作岗位的安全职责。
职位要求：
- 大专或以上学历，理工科专业背景，英文四级及以上,能用英文进行沟通交流；
- FPC（柔性/软性线路板）/PCB行业工作8年以上,在大型线路板厂任工程经理职位5年以上工作经验；
- 精通FPC/PCB PE流程工艺及ME制作工程,有丰富的管理经验及优秀的组织统筹、协调与沟通能力；
- 熟悉FPC、PCB流程品质控制要点,具有突出的工艺改善工作经验,分析及解决问题能力强；
- 熟悉ISO9001和TS16949质量管理体糸,及ISO14001,OHSAS18001管理体糸；
- 有优秀组织和沟通协调能力,较强的管理能力和团队协作精神；
- 为人正直、有较强的事业心及责任心，工作主动积极，能吃苦，能承受压力。
