We are a global provider of Brand Protection Services. The services include Mystery-Shopping, Loss Prevention, Bar Spotting, Software as a Service and Franchise Compliance Services.
We currently have offices in Boston, Las Vegas, Buenos Aires, London, Milan, Istanbul, Bangalore and Hong Kong. As our customers expand globally, our requirement to execute our services across the globe has grown equally.
Specific services in China include:
- Mystery-Shopping.
- Bar Spotting.
- Integrity Shops.
This is what you will do:
- Customer Satisfaction Management
o Support HSB China’s Operations for all Client matters.
o Represent the Chinese agenda in regular Client & Staff meetings.
o Provide regular updates to management on successes & issues.
- Mystery- Shopper Recruitment & Scheduling
o Manage the recruitment & on-boarding process for new mystery-shoppers.
o Schedule mystery-shoppers for all Chinese mystery shops.
o Answer all assignment questions from the mystery-shoppers.
- Work within our proprietary software, SASSIE
o Build & customize mystery-shopping questionnaires to our customer’s specifications.
o Create specifications and instructions for each mystery-shopping assignment.
o Customize a dashboard for each customer.
o Upload initial customer location information as well as location managers. Adjust and update all changes to locations and manager information.
o Provide to our customers, a completed and proofread mystery-shop for each visit made by a mystery-shopper.
o Training customers on the use of the software to access completed mystery-shops as well as understanding of the reporting suite available.
- Other Project and Business Development Support.
o Provide necessary billing information for all completed assignments in China,
o Contribute new ideas in regular team meetings.
o Help identify new opportunities for business, and participate in closing new clients.
o Work with HSB’s Director of International Operations to develop and implement a comprehensive mystery shopping program in China.
o Act as a liaison for HSB when dealing with surrounding countries such as South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in supporting overseas companies trade and do business in China.
- At least 1 year work experience in customer service, recruitment or account management.
- Native Chinese Speaker with working written and spoken English.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- A self-starter with a strong ability to work alone.

o 个性化每个客户的操作主盘。
o 上载新客户的地理位置和每个位置的管理者信息并调整和更新其所有变化。
o 提供我们的客户全面正确的神秘买家光顾点信息。
o 训练客户使用该软件以便他们能够理解和掌握可用报告系统的用法。
- 其他项目和商业发展的支持
o 给在中国已经完成的任务提供正确的开票信息。
o 在日常的小组会议中提出自己的新想法。
o 帮助辨识新的生意机会,参与促成与新客户的合作。
o 和HSB的国际运营主任一起发展和实行在中国切实可行的神秘购物项目。
o 在与如韩国和日本这样相邻国家打交道时成为HSB的代表联络人。
任职要求:
- 对帮助国际企业在中国处理业务具有较强的兴趣。
- 一年以上客户服务或招聘经验。
- 以中文为母语且职业英语听说读写没有障碍的人。
