Position Summary:
The Business Process Improvement Project Manager works to improve all commercial business processes covering all commercial divisions and back office organizations. This entails to analyze commercial business processes and run improvement programs utilizing PPI & lean tools. This position will be part of a small team responsible to manage process improvement program that improves lead time, quality, productivity, customer allegiance, effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. This position will help to eliminate non-value added steps and waste / costs, establish repeatable, optimized processes to concentrate resources on top priorities. The position will oversee larger and highly complex Quote to Cash process across all divisions and will need to be familiar with the entire scope and requirements of projects.

This specific position will mostly focus on working with Global team communication and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities:
? Partners with Global team in driving process change, implementing changes, and ensures impacts to business are understood and accepted.
? Prepare management reports based on analysis and research and project status updates. Communicate project status and provide updates to management as required.
? Conducts analysis to identify trends, measures process value and performance, identifies and validates root causes.
? Identify and prioritize improvement initiatives and opportunities in terms of lead time, quality, productivity and customer allegiance.
? Recommends solutions, provides alternatives and communicates recommended solutions appropriately with division leaders.
? Drive multiple simultaneous projects by working with cross functional teams. Plan, organize and hold large or small Kaizen meetings effectively. Develop and maintain project plans and track progress. Drive to deliver required results on time and within budget.
? Continuously monitor business process performance
? Provides training, coaching and consulting to employees at all levels of the organization for PPI Business Systems. Helps design, organize and facilitate workshops and trainings for business process improvement.
? Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
? Fluent English speaking and written skill to drive communication with Global counterparts.
? Fluent speaking in Chinese to organize China local team members and bridge them with global counterparts.
? Ability to summarize with Power Point and present in English to leadership. Ability to organize and facilitate meetings in English and Chinese with participants from China and Global team.
? Ability to analyze large complex commercial business processes and identify waste and make recommendations.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
? Ability to build strong relationships with business partner at all levels Consulting firm experience, Supply Chain, IT and Finance experiences are preferred.
? Consistently remains curious and composed under pressure
? A strong change agent and good leader in demonstrating and promoting change Positive attitude.
? Comfortable with ambiguity.
? Excellent analytic, problem solving, business judgment and organizational skill
