岗位职责:

1.负责二线的技术支持团队的技术支持工作

2.负责二线技术团队在事件流程运转过程中的监督与保障

3.在适当的时候升级事件至三线团队，并跟进事件进展

4.保持与国内及海外各团队的沟通，将更高级团队的技术信息传达至团队内，提供二线支持团队的技术保障

5.评估二线团队日常工作风险评估在桌面支持层面

6.负责技术文档的技术层面的确认

7.维护与终端客户关系，保持终端客户沟通，及时向终端客户更新事件状态。

8.项目的执行以及状态跟进，汇报工作状态

9.实习生的培训指导

岗位要求：

1.至少2-3年外企IT基础架构相关工作经验

2.较强的英语沟通能力。包括书面和口头

3.较强的学习能力. 尤其在技术方面。有敏锐的技术嗅觉，有技术上发展的意愿。

4.有较好Windows操作系统相关技术功底。了解Altiris，Symantec, Commvault等软件更好

5.有网络相关基础知识。最好对Cisco产品有一定了解（电话机，交换机）

6.项目管理相关经验更好

7.有团队合作精神

Responsibilities：

1.Provide level 2 technical support to end users on a daily basis

2.Responsible for monitoring incident management process compliance

3.Escalate incident to level 3 team when necessary and follow up

4.Maintain good communication with local team and oversea teams. Update level 2 team with the latest technical information

5.Review risk in daily work at desktop level

6.Responsible for confirmation on technical documents on the technical side

7.Maintain good relationship with end users. Keep communication with end users and keep them updated with the incident status

8.Responsible for execution, follow up and status report of projects

9.Training and coaching intern

Requirements:

1.2-3 years IT infrastructure related working experience in MNC

2.Good English communication skill, both written and verbal.

3.Quick learner. Especially technical learning. Have technical sense and willing to develop on technical path.

4.Have good basic knowledge related to Windows OS. Knowledge of Altiris, Symantec, Commvault products is a plus

5.Have basic network knowledge. Cisco products knowledge is a plus (call manager, switch)

6.Project management experience is a plus
