职位描述：
HR Supervisor-Business Partner人力资源主管HR BP

工作职责：
1. 负责业务部门组织架构梳理，岗位设置的规划设计，部门各岗位设置合理性及任职资格评估；
2. 负责所在BU管理者对员工的聘用、晋升、异动等提供人力资源专业意见和建议；
3. 负责业务部门的考核激励方案制度的现状分析，不断提议完善优化策略及跟踪落地；
4. 负责协助部门甄选高潜力人才及继任者，针对性的组织内部培训，加强中层管理者的领导力及管理能力培养；
5. 负责企业文化在业务线员工中的宣传、渗透和传播；
6. 负责管理和控制公司系统的人工成本；
7. 负责BU重点人员招聘，倡导员工内部推荐；
8. 调查和处理员工申诉、抱怨，处理人员问题，解决用工争议及劳动纠纷；

任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历。
2. 五年以上跨国企业人力资源管理经验，有业务部门HR BP经验优先考虑；
3. 良好的计算机操作能力，普通话标准；
4. 良好的陈述及沟通技巧；
5. 良好的团队合作及客户关注；
