职位描述：
This function is part of the Brilliance support project and its task and target is mainly to consult & support the Brilliance Dealer Network Development organization in creating and implementing Dealer Development related processes.
This refers mainly to the development support of Dealer Network Planning & Strategy, Investor Selection, New Dealer development, Dealer built-up & improvement, Dealer management and Dealer close-down processes.
The actual work shall be performed by Brilliance responsible, if necessary, shall be supported by an external consulting service provider Brilliance is engaging. Therefore project management task also belongs to the field of work of this position.
Furthermore frequent communications, coordination and alignments with other teams and departments in the Brilliance organization, as well as in the BMW / BBA support team belong to the responsibilities of this function.
Additionally supporting tasks in other Aftersales areas will be handled occasionally by the successful candidate for this function.

Expected skill levels
1. Knowledge / skills / competencies:
a. Expert experiences in Automotive Dealer Network Development processes
b. Extended experience in (international) automotive companies
c. Excellent communication and presentation skills Extended project management experiences and skills
d. Fluent in Chinese and English
e. Extended experience to work in an international team
f. Able and keen to work independently and in an environment of changing targets
g. High degree of flexibility / Good team-player / charming personality
h. Willingness to travel on weekly basis
i. Aftersales experiences beneficial

2. Experiences:
a. 7 years in (international) automotive dealer development
b. 4 years in a team management or consulting role
c. Project management experience in multiple (international) projects
