注塑设备维修工程师Equipment Maintenance Engineer
工作职责：
- 负责注塑机及周边设备的运行及维护、改造管理；
- 建立更新设备台账清单，制定设备运行操作和维修规范文件（WI）及日常维护和定期维护保养计划（TPM）；
- 设备机台的管理、文件技术资料的管理；
- 维修配件的计划及设备维护费用、配件采购的预算及控制管理；
- 实施设备（注塑设备）TPM 管理和技术改良和改造，有效降低 MTTR，提高设备 MTBF 和 OEE；
- 负责设备运行状况的评估，并制定确实有效地维修和改善方案；
- 定期向设备经理报告有关设备维护状况。
职位要求：
- 大专以上学历，机电或电气相关专业；
- 三年以上的注塑机和周边设备设备维修、维护管理经验；
- 熟悉多种注塑成形机及周边设备（模温机、机械手、干燥除湿机等）维修和维护管理；
- 具有团队精神和良好沟通能力，能承受工作压力；
- 良好的英语读写表达能力。
