Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategy for the company.
- Ensures all staffing programs are in compliance with applicable law.
- Manage and maintain effective hiring cost and cycle time
- Help the hiring manager with drafting job description.
- Interview candidates and recommend the potential candidates to the hiring manager
- Build up and maintain talents pool for the company.
- Handle daily activities and administration of recruitment.
- Coordinate and arrange the campus recruiting
- Provide professional supports to China plants on request.
Training & Development:
- Develop and implement training strategy according to the company competency model to ensure the employee obtain the skills required by the business operation;
- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies;
- Review and assess individual's training request;
- Control and monitor training budget;
- Design and organize training program, plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary;
- Establish and maintain employee qualification matrix and training database;
- Help in developing employee career path.
Professional Skills Required:
- Team player with good interpersonal skills;
- Strong English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple assignments;
- Proven and demonstrated HR knowledge and accomplishments;
- At least 5 years working experience in HR field, recruiting and training experience is a must;
- Being familiar with HR business processes.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline
