职位描述
1.熟悉海空运进出口操作流程，能独立、熟练的处理订舱、拖车、进栈、报关等流程。
2.有非常强的客户服务意识和协调沟通能力, 能为客户提供优质的操作服务。
3、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，航运及货代、外贸、英语专业毕业者优先；
2、英语CET四级以上，有一定的英语听说读写能力。
3、一年以上货代操作经验，较强的专业知识
4、应用熟练，熟悉office等办公软件；对货代软件有一定的了解；
5、有一定的抗压能力，工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强，有团队合作精神。
