职位描述：
岗位职责：
人事方面：
1、负责考勤汇总，统计；
2、负责办理各项社会保险手续；
3、辅助招聘工作，发布、刷新招聘广告，维护招聘渠道，预约面试者；
4、负责人员花名册及通讯录的更新，并及时发布更新；
5、其他临时性辅助类人力资源工作。
行政方面：
1、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达；
2、负责公司行政后勤类相关工作，如来访客人接待，电话转接，行政事务处理等；
3、负责企业资产配置(固定资产及低值易耗品)的管理工作，包括采购、清点、领用登记等；
4、其他突发事件的处理及领导安排的其他临时性工作。

任职要求：
1、二年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟悉五险一金办理流程；
3、熟悉人事、行政管理知识及工作流程，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件；
4、工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力。 举报 分享
