Role/Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for GL account book keeping and ensure the process be in an effective and efficient manner.

2. In charge of inter-group reconciliation to ensure that all accounts be reconciled timely and properly.

3. Assist accounting manger on monthly closing, ensure timely closing and deliver accurate financial report in compliance with both Group and statutory requirements;

4. Assist in annual audit process, cooperate and coordinate with internal as well as external auditor.

5. Coordinate with each representative office admin & tax service provider for statutory reporting requirement and tax return in other provinces

6. Other Ad hoc assignment

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Management etc.

2. Over 5 years GL experience within multinational company environment

3. CICPA/ACCA holder would be an advantage

4. Familiar with PRC Accounting Standard and IAS

5. Good command of English both in oral and written

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

7. Experiences of implementation ERP system
