Business and investment Officer / Business and investment Assistant Manager
(Based in Beijing)
Reporting to the Development and Investment Director, you will collect technical and financial information from other departments, compile and analyze them for reporting on our existing projects.
You will provide support in due diligence processes by coordinating with internal departments and external advisors (such as accounting firms, law firms, technical consultants) to conduct an effective audit on the project/acquisition target. You will then build financial model to analyze the viability and risks of the new project opportunities.
In addition, you will be tasked with drafting information memorandum and presentations to seek approval from shareholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, in finance/accounting or in business administration. Those with MBA or with an experience abroad will have an advantage.
- Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills to coordinate activities across departments.
- An analytical mind with financial modeling skills
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience. Those with more than 4 years experience could be considered for assistant manager position.
- Those with experience in energy management or infrastructure construction industry will have an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Some travelling within Asia and China may be required
