职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Lead and develop the product development team in terms of people development, process development, etc.
? Develop and broaden knowledge and application of baked goods;
? Cooperate with creative design team and transfer the concept from lab to line;
? Project management on new product development.
? Develop network leveraging internal & external resources to support innovation and product development;
? Work closely with marketing, customers and others to understand trend of the bakery market and initiate new product concepts;
? Communicate and visit key customers to understand customers’ needs; develop the insight to customer on facilities, operation and capability through cooperating with business development department.

Function Requirements
Education: ? Bachelor degree or above
Experience: ? 7 years R&D working experience in Bakery industry, familiar with cake, tart, mousse and other baked goods;
Skills:
? Strong leadership;
? Strong learning capability;
? Good communication and interpersonal skill;
? Innovative;
? Necessary PC skills;
? Result driven;
