职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Check and input payment requests from vendors and landlords into system;
2. Claim invoices for advance payments;
3. Record OPs and pass VAT invoices to be verified;
4. File contracts and deposit receipts;
5. Manage office cash float;
6. Deal with business and bank issue for shop’s opening and closure;
7. Deal with annual inspection;
8. Prepare documents for external audit;
9. Ad-hoc assignments;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting;
2. Above 5 years' working experiences;
3. Accounting certificate is a must, and Middle Accounting Certificate is a plus;
4. Good communication skills in both mandarin and English;
5. Have a sense of responsibility;
6. Result-oriented;
7. Self-driving;
