岗位描述：

？ 完成部门员工考勤统计，跟进部门人事变动数据（人力预算）

？ 统计部门员工加班申请

？ 汇总仓库防损员工制服的统一订购

？ 统计部门员工奖金核算数据

？ 统计审部门出差申请单据

？ 初步审核部门员工报销项目内容及单据、凭证符合公司财务制度

？ 汇总报告部门财务预算使用情况，协助上级经理控制部门经费

？ 完成部门的各类付款申请

？ 负责礼券的申请、发放的管理

？ 申购、管理、发放部门办公资产及文具用品

？ 制定店铺防损员工使用的标准文档表格，并定期跟进发放至店铺/仓库

？ 负责部门信息对外沟通，包括整理制作保安提示、保安月报和保安季刊

？ 上传下达公司及部门的重要文件，翻译重要邮件内容

？ 制定部门13级以下员工梯级培训计划并负责实施

？ 负责培训教材或保安手册的编写

？ 管理部门各类文件档案

？ 按计划执行电话检查，考评防损员业务水平

？ 根据仓库审计、盘点数据，结合现场复核及分析，制定并跟进重点仓库管理

？ 定期更新风险档案，分析预警各地域城市仓库风险类型，提供控损预警信息

？ 协调取得盘点、审计、财务数据给，并进行数据有效性筛查，协助防损主任进行风险损耗成因调查和跟进

？ 汇总案件、异常数据，周盘差异等信息

？ 负责写字楼的安全管理，掌握仓库安全管理知识

？ 执行工作岗位上需要完成的其他工作

？ 完成部门15级及以上职位人员交办的其他工作

岗位职责：

？ 完成部门宣传及重要信息发布

？ 负责部门上报数据的准确性

？ 提供防损主任详实可靠的审计、财务等数据

？ 保证KPI 考核结果的客观公正

？ 负责控制部门预算

？ 协调与其他部门的工作关系，推广部门服务价值

？ 协调部门人事管理流程，包括录用、晋升、终止劳动合同、评估准备等手续

？ 负责部门的培训工作和12级防损队长的提升考核

？ 督促全国仓库防损团队各类工作数据汇总、分析、及报告整理上报

？ 定期更新完善仓库管理各项工作标准，回访调研标准执行效果

？ 与市场保安部团队保持沟通、合作，整合市场保安部与仓库保安部资源

职位要求：

知识和技能

这个职位要求任职者具备扎实的办公室行政管理经验，思维敏捷开拓，分析总结能力突出，承受压力能力强

？ 3年以上行政类管理经验，有1仓储物流管理经理

？ 良好的英语笔译能力

？ 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，团队意识要强，有较好的组织能力

？ 良好的语言表达技巧及文字写作能力

？ 掌握并熟练使用操作电脑office办公软件、制表、绘图技巧、PPT制作

教育背景

？ 大专或以上学历

？ 接受过以下其中的一项或多项业务培训并拥有相关证书，训导师专业、财务、统计分析、英语等
